Amaziah Straight Talker UK Version (Original) 1978

This early British Christian hard rock classic was originally released in 1978 on an obscure UK custom label with boring cover art, but in 1979 it was re-released in Canada on the small indie Christian record label called Tunesmith Records only on vinyl LP and cassette with a dynamic cover. It has never been re-issued since it went out of print in the mid 1980s, much less on compact disc. LP copies of that UK original issue, as well as a small pressing of the Tunesmith re-issue on red vinyl are legendary rarities among serious collectors.
Those with ears trained to appreciate heavy monster rock will find a real treasure here. A few progressive influences shine though on ‘Way, Truth, Life,’ but mostly just loud cranking hard rock with aggressive guitar coupled with power synths and organ. Great stomping head banger riffs abound on the closer ‘He Is Lord.’ On the Born Twice Records series -  Legends Remastered Volume One - you can hear this legendary release in digital format for the very first time, remastered by specialist J Powell of Steinhaus. As an added bonus you can hear the post-album four track demo that showcases the new slightly punk-influenced direction of the new line-up.
Track Listing Is
1. Way, Truth, Life (Pt.1)
2. Way, Truth, Life (Pt. 2)
3. Say Goodnight
4. No. 1
5. All Is Peace
6. Night Walker
7. Slowly
8. Peace
9. He Is Lord

Twenty Twenty Self-Titled Album 1985

Twenty Twenty was a synthesizer-led stadium rock band from Louisiana that seemed to emulate such art-rockers as Styx and Kansas. The Group's debut album was produced by Billy Smiley of White Heart. The Song "You Are So True" is a martial anthem with it's repetitive chorus addressed to Jesus: "You are so true / I said that, you are so true / I know that, you are so true." Another track, "You Can Know Them All," is commercially melodic and invites the listen to get to know the entire Trinity: "Three-In-One are living today / and you can know them all." Twenty Twenty's lead singer, Ron Collins, told CCM in 1985 that the group's focus was on ministry to church youth: "Often at our concerts, we try to reach the young person who goes to church but isn't really there. They only go because they were brought up in church or their parents made them go." this was written by Mark Allen Powell page 968 in  his book The Encyclopedia of Contemporary Christian Music. Please enjoy this album and let me know what you think Thank you
